RETURNS/EXCHANGE
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
We accept returns/exchanges for items in their original condition (incl. Tags) within 5 days of you receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind and sale items. Instead, you will receive store credit. Please be aware that we do not cover the costs of return shipping.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please email all return/exchange requests to store@theyindi.com , and make sure to include your name, order number, and request. Once we receive your order, we will issue store credit. Returns must be made in the item's original packaging.
Please note that all sales on discounted items are final.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER BEFORE IT IS DISPATCHED?
We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 days of the order being processed. However during busy periods this time may be longer.
WHERE ARE YOUR PACKAGES SHIPPED FROM?
Our company originated in Banff, Canada, but now operates and ships from Sydney, Australia.
All of our packages are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is available at an extra cost. Customers will be subject to pay duties, fees or taxes charged on items being shipped from one country to another.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the shipping label has been created. An automated email will be sent with your tracking number.
I ENTERED WRONG INFORMATION DURING CHECKOUT. WHAT DO I DO?
Don't worry we all make mistakes. Email store@theyindi.com or use the chat pop up on the website and send us the updated details so we can correct the error.
Please note we endeavour to pack and ship orders quickly. So the sooner you email the better.
